We built a pretty cool snowman. He would've been bigger but the snow wasn't very compacted yet.
We broke up a hershey bar for the mouth, a carrot for the nose, and two tootsie roll suckers for the eyes. :)

Fiesta Bowl Parade-- GO HORNS!!!

While we were in AZ, we were able to go to the Fiesta Bowl parade. It was awesome because Texas played in the fiesta bowl. It was a lot of fun. I got to yell at the Ohio state band and got to cheer for the Horns.
Here I am in action
Here is Bevo the famous Longhorn

Jake and I bought these mini potato guns and were shooting little potato pellets into the parade until a cop threatened to arrest me for disorderly conduct. Stupid cops!

Even Baxter showed his Texas pride!

American Idol on the Wii

One of the biggest hits in Arizona this New Year's was American Idol on the Wii. We usually did guys vs. girls. It really wasn't fair, because the guys always beat the girls.
Here are the men dominating
and the women losing

EOD MOVIE!!!

There is a new movie coming out about EOD called The Hurt Locker. It looks awesome. Here is the trailer. Check it out! what are you waiting for, go, GO!!!

New Year's Murder Party

For New Year's, we had a murder mystery party at Lisa's sister's house. It was fun. We all really enjoyed dressing up.

More from our Christmas vacation

Here are some more pics from our Christmas vacation.

This is my sister and her fiancee' Andrew
My cousin Sean and I in Alburquerque

My mom and her siblings: Thelma, Ruth Ann, Johnny, and Darlene

The Graham Clan (all that were in town at the time)

My Grandpa, Lisa, and I in Clovis

Christmas at the Gaylord

While in Texas we went out to the Gaylord hotel and hung out for a little while. For those of you who know nothing about the Gaylord, it is a hotel, but it is like its own little city also. It was very nice.

Honor the Texas flag, I pledge allegiance to thee;

I found this fake trumpet and had to give it a little toot!

Merry Christmas 2008

This year, Lisa, Baxter, and I traveled all around. We started out by going down to Texas to spend Christmas. Then, we went to Clovis, NM to visit my Grandpa, and then out to Albuquerque to visit my Aunts and Uncles. After that, we made it to Tempe to spend New Years with Lisa's family. All in all, it was awesome! I was a bit worried that Lisa was going to have a lot of discomfort, but she did just fine. Here is the first batch of the pics.
My family and the dogs on Christmas day
Lisa in Illinois before we left. Snowy!!

Baxter celebrating Christmas. Suprisingly enough, he didn't mind the hat. He usually hates junk like that.

This was one of my gifts to Lisa. I made the headboard and the FAMILY frames. Also, she got a matching bedspread.

Here is Baxter on the road. He pretty much put himself wherever he wanted. He had a hard time getting comfortable because there is no room on mommy's lap, so he had to settle for daddy. Once during the trip, we looked over and he was sitting in the cooler (there was no ice in it). He is a funny little dog.
