Tonight Peyton and I went out to Phoenix to visit a couple of my friends from High School. We went to my friend Tony's house where I met his wife Danielle and their adorable son Tristin. My friend Eddie and Nate were also there. We had a yummy barbeque and watched the Wiggles with the babies! They are 4 days apart in age! They were so cute!

Peyton's 9 month Birthday!

Today was Peyton's nine month Birthday, and we were at Sweet Tomatoes, and there was a big group of people at a table nearby that were celebrating a birthday and had a huge cake and tons on helium balloons. One lady from the group came over and gave Peyton a balloon that said, "Happy Birthday" on it and then when she walked by again I told her that it was her 9 month old Birthday today. She had an extra balloon and gave Peyton another one. Then she brought over a piece of cake for all of us too! huge pieces. wow. she made it a good birthday experience for Peyton. She had a few tastes of cake and really liked the balloons too. We moved her cake away so she wouldnt get it everywhere and she kept staring at it intently! It was so cute too. I can't wait for her 1st Birthday! It's going to be awesome!

ugh.....

I was talking with Andy on skype while holding Peyton and she had the hickups. All of a sudden she started puking all over me! Oh my goodness. It wasn't as bad as in Utah when she puked down my shirt and we were in the car and I had to wait 25 minutes before i could get cleaned up. oh man...it was only a matter of time before she got sick. Its almost circulated through all of my family. I think i am getting sick. i didnt feel good earlier and took some pepto bismol in pill form and i started to feel alot better. my face feels hot. ahh! i am so afraid of throwing up! i cant remember the last time i threw up! this is going to be a long 24 hours!

Flu Flu go AWAY!

So I came back from spending a wonderful two weeks with my awesome in-laws in Texas on Tuesday. The day before, both my neice and nephew had been here all night and day and both had the flu! yuck! And then my brother Ryan who doesnt even live here, but was here for a little bit got sick and then my mom got sick on Thursday night and now my dad is sick today! I have been cleaning and disinfecting and washing and sanitizing and trying to take any and all precautions i can. Last night we all went to the light parade in Phoenix and little did we know that my dad was coming down with the flu bug. He was holding Peyton alot last night and was real close to her! I am so so worried that she is going to get sick and then I will get it too. We both had flu shots, but apparently it doesnt pretect you from the barf flu. :( what good is it then? ahh. It's inevitable, we are all going to get sick!

This was a cool float that reminded me of Andy serving our country. I think the float had more to do with the heroes of 9-11,and they are great too, but it made me think of my hero:)

Lights Parade!

Tonight we went with my family to the Phoenix Lights Parade! It was so fun. We met our friends the Reidheads and had a table set up with nachos, popcorn, cheesy potato soup, fried chicken, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and pizza! It was fun. we even fed a nice homeless guy and gave out free hot chocolate to people. It was a good time even though it was pretty cold.

Random PIcs.
