The longest 7 months of my life begins!

So Andy drove me out to Arizona about two weeks ago and spent about five days here with me and my family and then flew back to Illinois for a training in Mo. He spent a week there and then got to fly back here. We spent a week together and then this last Sunday he flew back to Illinois and this next Sunday he will fly to Florida for a three week training. Then after all of that he will be headed to Iraq. Boo. :( I am doing pretty well.I only cried on Sunday. Saying goodbye was the hardest part. I have been keeping somewhat busy. Last night I went to the American Idols Live Tour with my sister Kacy! It was Amazing! I went last year and it was ok. i mainly went for david archuletta and david cook. This year, each idol is soooo good and so talented so it made for a great show. I can't wait to hear them on the radio. They will do good things. And on Thursday my parents, little brother, Peyton and I are driving up to see my grandma in San Louis Obispo California. I am really excited for Peyton to meet her great grandma and to get out of this rediculous heat. On monday wewill be meeting my sister and her family in San Diego where we will spend the week in a time share. We will be going to Sea World, the beach and more. This was supposed to be a family reunion for my parents and all of us kids, but then Andy's deployment date got bumped back causing him to miss this trip. Then my brother Ryan got a paid internship job in Canada near his wife Meg's family. And he will be there for two months. So not only did they miss out on seeing Andy, but they are missing out on our family vacation! bummers all around! Anyways i am really excited for our trip. It will also help keep me happy and busy. Peyton and I already miss Andy somuch, but we know he will be safe and happy. He is in the Lords hands now.

I am so glad you have Peyton and the rest of you family to keep you busy! It sounds like you're going to have a blast at the timeshare! I will continue to pray for your family! I can't even imagine if we had a child, it would make it both easier and tougher. Our Airmen will make it home safe and sound!
